I’m Alex Kay!
The one behind the lens & posts of Everyday Kay! I was born and raised in Las Vegas. I have 4 kiddos who keep me tired and on my toes at all times! I have a hubby who cooks the best food (I would starve without him).. I live off of chai tea lattes, and you’ll normally find me in lulu leggings, my hat, and a T- shirt (i love my t shirts) I love to capture dancers, families, couples, kiddos, and I serve behind the lens at my local church. I also love being creative and sharing my creativity whenever possible!

I danced when I was little and again in high school and college for a short time! I LOVE being a dance mom... the early morning conventions, rhinestoning, fake eyelashes, and all! Everyday Kay is about the thought of.. when you have passion, it’s something you live for everyday, work hard for everyday, and love everyday! I love capturing that passion in dancers! (and my middle name is Kay) so Everyday Kay was born!
Although I may not be able to do a grand battement or firebird anymore, I can certainly make sure the technique is correct & that I capture those jumps at the right moment!

Family photos is an annual tradition for our family and capturing a moment in life is something very special to me. Whether it is an engagement, a seniors last year, or annual family photos I would love to be there and hep create that magic for you!

My faith with the Lord is very important to me. I carry those values into my photography! I also work as the marriage ministries assistant at my local church & my husband & I love coming along side couples and leading them towards Christ, showing them what the Lord can do in marriages. I also serve behind the lens on Sundays as well as shoot baptisms! Capturing the most important and most incredible moment in someone's life, surrendering their life to Christ is truly a blessing I will always thank God for.
